SBF Two Week Interim Boot Camp
14 Seasons
Two Week Boot Camp with workouts ranging from 20-40 minutes per day. This is a seven day plan with options to reduce schedule to fewer workouts per week. This means I will add in total body workouts with targets on alternate days. If you are sore, please give your body a chance to rest. You can always choose to stretch or move your body in other ways. :) This plan precedes the SBF Meet Me Where I'm At Fitness Challenge which will begin on Jan 22, 2024.

This workout is a compound, total body, balancing barre workout. You will need a mat, a set of light weights and water. This workout is intermediate but I do offer some modifications at the beginning.
