Some of these workouts will also have the core in them as I have designed many to target upper body and core together. You might need light or heavier hand weights, bands, or a mat.

  • Arm Target with No Planks, 13M

    I am using 3's and 5's in this arm workout with no planks or pushups. Fast paced so if you are a beginner, watch it through once and go at your own pace.

  • Upper Body Core 3, 30m

    Intermediate workout with a mat to work upper body and core boot camp style. Contains warmup.

  • Mat 3, 37m

    This intermediate mat workout will have you shaking and burning! There is some set up in this workout but it is a little more fast paced, so if you are just beginning you may want to start with a different workout.

  • Plank Target, 7m

    Two Levels, no warmup. Follow Tina for more advanced. This is NOT a beginner workout!

  • Upper Body Circuit, 31

    Intermediate Upper Body Circuit really can be all levels. Follow Jess for more advanced. Several weights are used. Use what you have.
