This is an upper body workout based on mat work. You will need a set of hand weights and if possible I recommend one lighter weight and one heavier weight for this workout. The weights are optional so if you are just beginning focus on your form and work your way up to adding the weights when you feel ready. You will also need a band to stretch with at the end. If you do not have a stretching band you can use a towel or a belt.
