Advanced faster paced supported lower body barre target that uses ball. There are set ups but not as thorough as many of the segments. You will need a wall mounted barre or very sturdy kitchen sink to hold. There are sound issues with this one but we liked it so much that we decided to post anyway. Let me know what you think!
