You will need a rolled up hand/kitchen towel and something soft to work out on (and maybe something to hold on to) for this workout which progresses from basic to a little more advanced. (I am sore!)!!! Mostly glutes and adductors, core, and a little quads plus bottoms of feet/calves at the end. Most levels. XO! (You can always back the first half up and do it twice before the stretches).
