Active Stretch 21m
This target workout is an intense stretching segment that is designed to help stretch and strengthen with a deep connection to the mind and body. This is an intermediate workout but I do offer set ups and modifications if you are just beginning.

This active stretch workout is intermediate. You will need a mat. If you are doing this stretch and are sore from the previous day you may need to back off the exercises a little bit and modify.

You will need a mat for this routine. Please know this is advanced, requires flexibility and proprioception in order to do this workout without over-stretching. You will need a mat. You can also always have something to hold for balance if you require that. Enjoy.
