  • Total Body Cardio HIIT, 45m

    This is an intense but totally modifiable total body barre interval workout that we are posting together but also posting as lower and upper cardio workouts. You need a mat and something stable to hold onto! xx

  • TB Classic Barre + Stretch, 56m

    This classic barre routine is simple and challenging. You'll need a mat, weights and something to hold onto. If you want to skip the longer portion of the stretch, please add a short stretch target.

  • Total Body Stability Ball, 30m

    This workout is a stability workout to strengthen and work on balance. You will need a mat to workout on and a stability ball.

  • Total Body Tone 6, 35m

    This workout is total body with light hand weights and a mat. This is an intermediate, fast paced workout so if you are just beginning listen to my modifications. :)

    This is a fast paced tabata style barre workout. You will need water, a mat to stretch on at the end and something to hold onto for balance. There is impact but I do offer modifications if you are a beginner. This workout will rev up your metabolism.

    All you need for this Barre Fire workout is something to hold onto and a mat to workout on. This is an intermediate/advanced workout so if you are a beginner make sure you listen to the modifications.

  • Barre Fire, 36m

    This is an advanced total body barre workout. This is not for the beginner. You will need a light set of hand weights, a mat, and something to hold onto for balance.

  • Mat 2, 29m

    This total body mat workout is challenging and intense, but I do offer set up and modification so if you are just beginning give it a try! You will need a mat to workout on and a light set of hand weights.

  • Mat, 35m

    This is a total body workout on the mat using body weight and some light weight work! This will have you shaking and burning and is incredibly effective for toning all over. You will need a mat and a set of light hand weights. If you are up for the challenge have one set of heavy and one light set.

  • Interval 2, 26m

    This is an interval cardio interval workout combined with strength training! You will need a mat to workout on and some water. Let's elevate that heart rate and burn fat!

  • Total Body Tone 4, 35m

    This is a fast paced intermediate workout to tone the entire body! You will need a mat and a light set of hand weights. If you are just beginning listen for my modifications. Get ready to work the booty in this one!!

    This is an intense, intermediate total body toner! You will need a light set of hand weights and a mat. If you feel your form is failing drop off your weights and continue without them. This workout requires some balance.

    Complete barre class using weights, support and mat. A second trimester modifier is in this class to show how to modify these exercises through pregnancy. Have fun!

    This is a total body workout based on classic barre moves to lift, tone and challenge you from head to toe. You will need a light set of hand weights, a mat or something to workout on, something to hold onto for balance and water.

    This total body workout focuses on the upper body and legs with combination moves. You will need a mat and set of hand weights. If you are more advanced you may want to have a couple different sets to add in the extra challenge. Focus on form!
