Some of these workouts will also have the core in them as I have designed many to target upper body and core together. You might need light or heavier hand weights, bands, or a mat.

  • Abs 3, 32m

    This upper body and core workout begins with standing abs and ends on the mat. You will need water and a mat to workout on. This is an intermediate workout. If you are just beginning listen to my modifications. :)

  • Adv Low Abs Tutorial/WO, 15m

    This is a tutorial to go along with the Adv Lower Abs w/ Ball, 10m workout. This video is designed to make sure you understand the proper form for the moves in this workout. Form is key!

  • Adv Lower Abs w/ Ball, 11m

    This is an advanced core workout. You will need a SBF ball, light set of hand weights and a mat to workout on. This is very challenging so if you are just beginning you may want to choose a different target.

    This is a VERY advanced Abdominal workout that requires foundation and good form to complete. I don't do much set up in this workout. You will need a mat and exercise ball. No Warmup.

    You can add this workout onto another target and if you have the SBF or BarreAmped ball, get it and have it handy. Neutral Abs ALL DAY! Jess shows very advanced lowers with her legs. You do not have to lower your legs that much. x
